Beatswap Marketplace Code of Conduct

As a Buyer and/or Seller on the Youth Music HQ Private Limited (operating as Beatswap) platform, it's crucial for everyone in our community to follow the Beatswap Marketplace Code of Conduct to maintain a safe, fair and vibrant community. Failure to adhere to this Marketplace Code of Conduct can result in removal of your material, limited access to the Beatswap platform, suspension, and even termination of your Beatswap account.

As a user of the Beatswap platform, you must:

• Not post, sell, or license any intellectual property that you do not own or have the rights to;
• Not attempt or engage in any fraudulent activity on the Beatswap platform or in relation to Beatswap products;
• Not engage in any fraudulent activities through Beatswap Publishing, including but not limited to publishing, registering, or claiming ownership of musical compositions for which you do not hold legitimate rights;
• Not attempt or engage in any fraudulent activity in relation to the Beatswap Charts or Playlists;
• Not attempt or send spam, unsolicited, inappropriate, or threatening communications;
• Not attempt or engage in any fraudulent activity with the purpose of increasing visibility, plays, likes, reposts, comments, downloads, sales, or, transactions on the Beatswap Platform;
• Not to threaten, harass, abuse, slander, defame or otherwise violate the legal rights (including, without limitation, rights of privacy and publicity) of third parties, or Beatswap staff, employees, contractors or affiliates;
• Not publish, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, vulgar, defamatory, infringing, obscene, pornographic, tortious, indecent, unlawful, offensive, immoral or otherwise objectionable material or information;
• Not attempt or engage in the purchase of your own content or material posted on the Beatswap Platform, or manipulate product rankings through fake purchase;
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information to Beatswap at all times and not create a false identity or impersonate another for the purpose of misleading others as to your identity, including, but not limited to, providing misleading information to any feedback system employed by Beatswap;
• Maintain only one Seller or Buyer account unless there's a valid and lawful business reason for additional accounts;
• Not allow or encourage others to violate the Beatswap Code of Conduct on your behalf;
• Not use the Beatswap platform or products to engage in any fraudulent activity including, but not limited to chargeback fraud, or the unauthorized use of a third party's account or payment method; and
• Not use Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, and/or bots to scrape, steal, extract, copy or otherwise use any intellectual property on the Beatswap platform.

Violating this Marketplace Code of Conduct or any other Beatswap policies as detailed in our Terms of Service, may result in actions against your account, including but not limited to removal of your material, reduced access to the Beatswap platform, suspension, and termination, consistent with our three-strikes policy.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we may consider refunds in specific circumstances such as technical issues, duplicate purchases, or unauthorized transactions.
